Attach photos to the notification (up to 5 photos). Photos are the indispensable element of the complaint. Add a scan/photo of the damage raport written with the courier, photos of the damage (for clarification, you may add markings indicating the damage in the photo), photo of the outer packing. Acceptable file types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, doc, docx, xls, pdf, txt. The maximum file size is 20MB.
